We are looking for a **Senior Manager, Data Engineering** to lead our Data Engineering team and help define the next phase of our data platform. You will be responsible for ensuring our data systems are scalable, compliant, and built with long-term sustainability in mind.

## Key Responsibilities

### Team Leadership & Execution (45%)

* **Lead and Develop the Team:** Manage a team of Data Engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and clear growth paths. Foster a culture of accountability, technical rigor, and continuous improvement.
* **Technical Direction:** Set expectations for system design, implementation quality, and operational excellence. Review designs and guide architectural decisions.
* **Delivery Ownership:** Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to plan and deliver data initiatives on predictable timelines. Balance new feature delivery with platform stability.
* **Hiring & Scaling:** Play a key role in hiring senior and mid-level data engineers as the team grows.
